Keepers Membership
Admiralty Head Lighthouse is owned by the State of Washington and maintained under the control of the Washington State Parks. The lighthouse is located about 5 miles south of Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island. The Keepers of Admiralty Head Lighthouse is a program of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Lighthouse Environmental Programs (LEP). The Keepers Council of LEP was organized to provide fund raising and support for the restoration, preservation, and interpretation of the Lighthouse.
Our lighthouse is well visited by people from all over the world with approximately 55,000 visitors annually. We support the docent program that keeps the lighthouse open to the public in partnership with State Parks.
